Our founder, June Dillinger, first started making love visible by joining couples in matrimony and civil unions in 2009, she has since maintained a desire to advocate and accommodate all forms of LGBTQAI+ love. With an extremely diverse community, we, at I Do Hawaiian Weddings know there could never be a one-size-fits-all flow of ceremony that authentically focuses on your love.
Give our LGBTQAI+ friendly team the opportunity the get to know how you represent and express yourselves best so we can give your identities the recognition, validation, and respect they deserve.
Since the legal passing of same-sex marriage happened in the State of Hawaii in 2013 the last puzzle piece of all love being accepted has fallen into place and nothing is stopping you two from committing to each other in every way. The best part? Hawaii marriage licenses are valid worldwide so long you are eligible for the application process and check the laws in your country of origin. No matter where your love resides, allow us to shepherd your romantic union into fruition so you may genuinely navigate this world together.

Current times are pointing us toward an uncertain future here in the United States in regards to the rights and protections of LGBTQAI+ life and love. We here at I Do Hawaiian Weddings do all we can to continue to fight to maintain these benefits that we have grown accustomed to in the State of Hawaii as well as educating people in protecting their rights in those states that are most vulnerable. We are not only committed to navigating you through your blessed gay wedding experience here on Oahu but also maintaining your life as a queer companionship wherever your love may take you.
As a Black lesbian couple, it was important that we find an officiant who could not only respect our wishes, but also respect us as a couple (so odd that I'm writing a line like that in 2019, but here we are), and we couldn't have found a better ally than June.
I'd HIGHLY recommend June for any wedding or vow renewal. Her energy is bright and embracing. All 3 of us radiated in love and light that day; we even had a small sun shower during our vows. It was perfect.
